LAW 27 — Mental Health is now a LEGAL REQUIREMENT
Coming into effect in October 2025, Loi 27 modernizes Québec’s occupational health and safety framework. It now requires all companies to prevent not only physical risks, but also psychosocial risks such as: stress, work overload, harassment, psychological distress, toxic work environments.
